CANCELLATION POLICY-Any No-shows for appointments will result in a charge of 75% of the scheduled service. Cancellations must be 1 hour before the scheduled appointment. Re-scheduling is limited to 2 times. After the 2nd reschedule, the customer must attend the 3rd appointment, or they will be charged a fee of 25% of the hair service scheduled.
